About the Preparation Option: Choose to have our freshly roasted feasts delivered chilled or heated. We recommend the chilled option to be ordered a day in advance of serving, your prep-time is about 90 to 120 minutes in the oven. Chilled option doesn't have the stress of waiting on delivery! But if you don't have an oven, we have you covered and the feast will be delivered piping hot a the time you want .
