Preparation

  • Thawing (if applicable): Allow frozen items to thaw in the refrigerator for 6–24 hours depending on the item. Thawing ensures even reheating.
  • General Reheating Tip: To prevent dryness, use a splash of broth, water, or milk/cream when reheating as needed. Cover dishes with foil or lids for best results.

Turkey

  1. Preheat oven to 220°C.
  2. Place turkey portions in a covered baking dish with a splash of turkey broth or water to keep it moist.
  3. Heat for 10 minutes.

Honey-Glazed Baked Ham

  1. Preheat oven to 160°C (325°F).
  2. Place ham portions in a roasting pan and cover tightly with foil.
  3. Heat for 10–15 minutes per pound (approximately 22–33 minutes per kilogram).
