Preparation
- Thawing (if applicable): Allow frozen items to thaw in the refrigerator for 6–24 hours depending on the item. Thawing ensures even reheating.
- General Reheating Tip: To prevent dryness, use a splash of broth, water, or milk/cream when reheating as needed. Cover dishes with foil or lids for best results.
Turkey
- Preheat oven to 220°C.
- Place turkey portions in a covered baking dish with a splash of turkey broth or water to keep it moist.
- Heat for 10 minutes.
Honey-Glazed Baked Ham
- Preheat oven to 160°C (325°F).
- Place ham portions in a roasting pan and cover tightly with foil.
- Heat for 10–15 minutes per pound (approximately 22–33 minutes per kilogram).
- Let rest for 10–15 minutes before slicing.
Mashed Potatoes
- Microwave or warm on the stovetop, adding a little milk or cream to restore smoothness. Stir occasionally.
Gravy
