Reheating Instructions

Honey Glazed Baked Ham
Thaw: Allow both ham portions to thaw completely in the refrigerator (12-24 hours per portion).
Reheat: Preheat oven to 160°C (325°F). Place each ham portion in a roasting pan or together in one large pan. Cover tightly with aluminum foil.
Heat for 10-15 minutes per pound (22-33 minutes per kilogram), approximately 55-75 minutes for a 2.5 kg ham.
Rest: Let each portion rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing.

Classic Pigs in a Blanket
Thaw: Thaw in the refrigerator if frozen.
Reheat: Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Place the pigs in a blanket on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 8-10 minutes or until heated through and the pastry is crisp.

Roasted Potatoes
Thaw: Thaw in the refrigerator for 6-8 hours, or heat from frozen.
Reheat: Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Spread potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Heat for 15-20 minutes, tossing halfway through, until crispy and golden.

Homemade Ham Gravy
Thaw: Defrost in the refrigerator.
Reheat: Transfer to a saucepan and warm over low heat, stirring occasionally.
Add a splash of water if needed to adjust the consistency. Heat until warmed through.

Country Herb Stuffing
Thaw: Thaw in the refrigerator.
Reheat: Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Spread the stuffing in an oven-safe dish and cover with aluminum foil.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, removing the foil for the last 5 minutes for a crisp top.

Roasted Brussel Sprouts
Thaw: Allow to thaw in the refrigerator.
Reheat: Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Spread sprouts on a baking sheet and roast for 10-12 minutes until warm and slightly crispy.
Optional: Toss with olive oil or butter before reheating for added flavor.

Cranberry Sauce
Serve: Serve chilled or at room temperature.

Dinner Rolls
Thaw: Allow to thaw in the refrigerator.
Reheat: Wrap in aluminum foil and warm in a 180°C (350°F) oven for 10 minutes.

Yorkshire Pudding
Thaw: Allow to thaw in the refrigerator.
Reheat: Heat in a 200°C (400°F) oven for 5-7 minutes until crisp.

Homemade Pie
Thaw: Let pie thaw in the refrigerator for several hours or overnight.
Reheat (if needed): Preheat oven to 160°C (325°F). Cover the pie edges with foil to prevent overbrowning.
Heat for 10-15 minutes or until warmed through. For fruit pies, reheat uncovered for a crisp top.
